Economic Development
The City of Tulare's Economic Development program is a collaborative effort between the Finance and Community Development Departments in an effort to expand Tulare's economic base and generate long-term sustainable revenues to support public services. The Tulare City Council has established Economic Development as a City-wide priority, and the City is undertaking several significant planning efforts that will work to facilitate a thriving local economy and quality community.
Economic Development Assistance Program
In 2012, the Tulare City Council established the Economic Development Assistance Program for new or existing businesses seeking development assistance in the form of fee deferrals, waivers or financial assistance. To apply complete the forms below:
