Pet owners are held responsible for the negative actions of their pets on and off their property.

Tulare Animal Services falls under the Tulare Police Department and all complaints, questions, or suggestions involving animals are dispatched to an officer in the field through the police dispatch center. Please call (559) 687-2288 to reach a dispatcher who will assign an officer the call. Calls are listed by priority to ensure public safety needs are addressed first.
