Redevelopment Board

The Redevelopment Board is responsible for directing activities in designated redevelopment project areas within the framework of state redevelopment law, guidelines of federal agencies and the City Council which provides funds to implement the program. The goals of the Agency are to eliminate slum and blight conditions and to revitalize deteriorating areas of the community residential, commercial and industrial. The seven board members are appointed by the City Council for four year terms. Meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers at 491 North "M" Street.
